The exhibition is an integral part of the conference and will be located in the get-together area.
In order to offer the best exposure to exhibitors, the morning coffee and lunches will be inside the exhibition halls.
The exhibition is scheduled from Monday 28 May to Thursday 31 May.
Allocation of booth and raw space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To increase the likelihood of being assigned your preferred booth location, register as soon as possible.
The exhibitor will have to complete the application form accompanied by the payment to ensure the reservation.
As soon as the payment is received, the booth reservation will be confirmed.
An exhibitor manual giving further general and technical information as well as full details about the exhibition, venue, set-up, organizers and
ancillary services will be available in late 2017.
The exhibitor badge includes : coffee/tea and lunch on all exhibition days from Monday to Thursday, the pre-registration drink on Sunday and
the Welcome cocktail on Monday.
The exhibitor badge does not give access to the conferences or the social events.
Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for 200 € excl.VAT
